Shira Kammen - The Wren in the Hurze

Cactus Wren

While this song can be found on Shira Kammen's "The Castle of the Holly King" album, she is definately not the one who sings in "The Wren in the Hurze" ;-) This is a great celtic song featuring fast, mind-boggling lyrics (think tongue-twister) and impressive percussions. I think a Bodhrán is used, but don't quote me on that.

James Curran - The Computer Virus

Sorry for the delayed updates, I'm dead busy lately... "The Computer Virus" is an irish jig with an... unusual name, performed by James Curran.

Minstrel Spirit - The Lonely Minstrel Parts 1 And 2

Here comes another tune from Minstrel Spirit's album "Enter The Woods". Again, a slow and melodic medieval song. This one's for godo, because he was the first to comment on my podcast ;-)

Minstrel Spirit - Winds Are Cryin'

Jousting

Minstrel Spirit's "Winds Are Cryin'" is a slow and melodic medieval song with vocals by Carolina Lindwall, who has a really beautiful voice. This would make a fantastic score for a movie playing in the middle ages...
