these guys seem to be pretty random in using CC licenses ... on myspace they apply a by-nc-nd label (notably under the heading "suena como" ... sounds like ...) without any reference to what version/legislation they're talking about (so it will be 3.0 unported by default), and at the same time they link to the cc-by-nc-nd 2.5 hu license (the most restricitve they could find, alas)
however, on opsound they give a cc-by-sa 2.5 (unported)
so I'm going to use the opsound distribution channel ;-)
Yes, it's a bit chaotic, but that's not a problem. They can put the songs under whatever (different) license(s) they choose to, and for my podcast here pretty much any of the CC licenses is fine (as it's non-commercial).
