Nice but...

That one is pretty nice. I like the dynamic. But it would be much better if you would alter the contrast a bit. You could also add some blurr (Gauss blurr is working pretty well) then the areas get more fixed color. Black is black then and not black with dots.

Gaussian Blur

Done, thanks. I did some postprocessing before, such as color corrections and unsharp mask, but I'm just starting to learn about photo manipulation techniques. Any pointers to good resources are welcome.
